Oh, How We Miss You!
Didn’t want another day to go by without saying that to all of our DeVaughn’s Ridge followers! We miss all the yearly wreath buyers we’ve met at the Hingham Holiday Fair for the last 10 years! We miss all the visitors to the Barn at DeVaughn’s Ridge
who join us for workshops where they learn how to create floral arrangements, start seeds, eucalyptus wreaths, or design an area of their yard. We especially miss our Christmas and Holiday workshops. Helping people get in the holiday spirit by teaching them how to create beautiful wreaths and arrangements has been one of our main focuses here at DeVaughn’s Ridge. Of course, we are looking forward to starting back up the Spring Garden Workshops when the weather allows us to be outdoors – socially distanced of course.
In the meantime, we are using our skills to create lovely, floral arrangements for you brighten up the remaining winter days. Right now we are focusing on Valentine’s Day and have been fortunate enough to have been invited to the:
Better Life Food Pop-Up Market
Saturday, Feb 13th from 11am – 3pm
Dunn-Gaherin’s, Food and Spirits
344 Elliot Street, Newton Upper Falls
11:00 am – 3:00 pm.
A variety of vendors will be there, either outside or in the large tent, socially distanced and of course, wearing masks. If you are feeling a bit stir crazy and have the urge to take a ride, come and visit us there. You can also preorder on our website – devaughnsridgeflorist.com and arrange for curbside pickups.
Take a look at what we will be offering on the “Floral Shop” page on devaughnsridgeflorist.com. If you’ve already bought flowers for your loved one, make a neighbor or friend smile by picking up one of our smaller arrangements! Of course, you can always treat yourself!
We can also deliver to you on Saturday after the Pop Up has ended at 3:00pm.
We promise to be back as soon as weather permits. We’ll be offering open air workshops overlooking beautiful Cape Cod Bay.
Again we miss you all, stay safe and well. We will see you in the near future.
Fondly,
Deb Beneduci and Beth Couet
Deb and I had another great experience at the Winter Pop-Up Market at Dunn-Gaherin's Food and Spirits, 344 Elliot Street in Newton Upper Falls this past weekend. This was our fifth time here and have enjoyed meeting the different vendors and the people who have visited our space. Many thanks to Chris Osborn of Better Life Foods for all the hard work he has put into making this pop-up market a success!
